Estate Agents in Scotland are expecting a record month of property sales after the re-opening of the property market earlier this week, following a three month hiatus in lockdown.
Estate Agents returning to work have found thousands of viewing requests, which is an indication of the pent up demand in the market. The re-opening of the market is going to trigger a wave of completions and it is expected that July will be a record month for property sales – this is despite the fact that Estate Agents are warning that house hunters can expect to wait more than 4 weeks to view some of the most popular homes because of stringent new cleaning rotas between viewings.
The property department at Raeside Chisholm is working hard to keep up with demand and are pleased to confirm that all staff in our property department have returned from furlough and are working at full capacity. Do get in touch with Kay, Claire or Susan if you want to take matters forward.
