Scotland’s house prices stood firm in the weeks leading to lockdown

According to the March UK House Price Index, house prices in Scotland were firm in the weeks leading up to the Covid19 lockdown.  The average price of a property was £151,856.00 which is an annual increase of 1.5% and 0.4% up on the previous month.

The majority of Estate Agents are hopeful that interest in property has already started to pick up and have noted that they have taken a steady of enquiries throughout the lockdown period, which is obviously indicative of the demand for property movement.
