Alison’s current case load involves drafting wills, powers of attorney, administering complex estates involving inheritance tax and assisting older clients (including visiting clients in their own homes and advising on options available as to the level of care to be provided), in addition to advising on guardianships and being appointed by the Court as a guardian. Alison has also tutored on the Diploma in Legal Practice on Wills, Trusts & Executry.
